Practice Policies

Privacy Policy:

Personal information you share with your therapist, written, verbal or otherwise is privileged information and will not be shared with anyone without your written consent. In exception, we will have to provide information to any local, state or federal agency provided they make the request in accordance to the law.

 

Practice Policies:

Trish Little, LMT is a professional massage therapist. State draping laws will be followed at all times.Under no circumstances will sexual contact of any sort take place between therapist and client. Any sexual advances toward the therapist will result in termination of the session with full session price being charged and client asked to leave and not return. Conversely Therapist will not, under any circumstance make sexual advances toward the client.

 

 

Late Policy:

We know your time is very important, thank you for choosing to spend it with us.We try very hard to ensure your session will begin on time. With that in mind:Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled massage. Therapist reserves the right to end session early due to tardiness on the client’s part or to cancel session if client is 20 minutes or more late after the session was scheduled to begin.

 

 

Cancellation policy:

24hrs. prior notice is required. If less than 24hrs. notice is received, therapist reserves the right to charge 50% of the session fee and full price when no notice ( or  client is a no show) is given
